This weekend down near the beach at los Narejos in Los Alcazares is Electromar Festival, a 2 day festival with Moby headlining, 2020 soundsystem, too many djs, to name a few

Friday 15th july 2011, there will be a band playing at the cason de riquelme at Hacienda Riquelme:

"El Camarote de los hermanos Marx" will play music from the 60's, 70's, 80's ect...

On Saturday 16th July 2011 there will be a flamenco party

On sunday 17th july 2011, there is a childrens show

BBQ EVENINGS AT EL OLIVO - MAR MENOR GOLF

BBQ evenings every Friday at the Social Club - No Reservations Needed, Limited Capacity

 

The Leisure & Experiences Department of the Hotel has arranged BBQ evenings every Friday with music and dancing for owners and their guests. There will be demonstrations of Salsa, Tango and Flamenco Dancing.
The BBQs take place between 20:00 and 22:30 and the evening closes at midnight. This Friday, the 15th of July only, you will receive a welcome drink.
On entering, adults pay €13 with a 50% reduction for children 6 years and under.
Please note that these are very good prices as it is being subsidised by the Leisure and Experiences Department of the Hotel. We therefore need to have as many as possible people attending this event so that they continue holding it every week.

Music Festival on 27th July 2011 at Mar Menor Golf

In aid of, “The Spanish Association Against Cancer”

A Music Festival has been organised for the community which will take place on the 27 July from 8pm to 2am in the Banqueting Suite of the Intercontinental Hotel. The event is being arranged by Chris & Mary Cooke in aid of The National Charity, "Spanish Association Against Cancer".

The Festival features the following: Beatles tribute band, The Monos an up and coming rock band, the Red Tops a fantastic rock and roll band, Suzie G providing a showcase tribute to Kylie Monogue and giving a second performance of singing our most popular favourites.

Ticket prices are €15 per adult (16 years or over) or €12,50 if pre booked; €40 for a family of 2 adults and up to 3 Children or €35 if pre booked. Children below the age of 16, €5 each. Younger members below the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
