Today I have spent the afternoon with the crew from Place in the sun and they have filmed one of our properties www.murciagolfproperties.co.uk/lag60 with clients looking for a property in the are for their programme "winter sun". Remember the other episode filmed is being shown on more4 on 9th October at 9pm GMT

The episode that was shot on la torre with one of murciagolfproperties properties and the third property being again one of murciagolfproperties properties on el valle is being shown on more 4 on october the 9th at 9pm GMT, 10 spanish o clock.
Also great news they are back again and have picked an apartment to be shown from us on la torre again, being filmed next week :)

PLACE IN THE SUN VISIT TO MURCIA

Great news, the past few days Place in The Sun have been filming for their new series "Home and Away" here and two out the three properties were properties marketed with the company I work for MURCIAGOLFPROPERTIES. One was on La Torre Golf a super villa Enebro www.murciagolfproperties.co.uk/lv93 and a Villa Alcor on a large plot on El Valle Golf www.murciagolfproperties.co.uk/ev110. This is great publicity for the golf resorts.

NEW AMMENITIES IN ROLDAN

I have been informed by the lady that runs the tobacconists on the main street in Roldan that the construction happening just along from her next to the morrocan shop is going to be a DIA supermarket with parking on the land next door, this is great news as although EL ARBOL is a great supermarket its difficult to park.
Also Genti de Pasta has been taken over by Miguel who runs Toscana and Royal Bite and word is will be an Italian. This is all great news, Roldan keeps getting better and better

Third Edition of the Singers Competition S- Factor 2014, which will take place this Summer in the InterContinental Mar Menor Golf Resort & Spa.
